Handmade book

Having just moved into a flat after living my entire life in a quiet house at a fairly long distance from the city centre, I was captivated by the different views from the windows and the angles from where I could see terraces, shops and other people´s homes.
I made this book out of papercuts, and it displays a narrative of those encounters and observations during different times of the day. The middle part of the book is based on dreams where I visited the inside of some of those suggestive buildings around me. The ending mixes the familiar surroundings with the possibility of a journey into the unknown.
